I dun think it will ever come back. The fact that the opposite side of the former whore houses used which used to be the doors where the WLs can enter in and out to work has now been converted in fancy eateries and cafes. How will the small business owners feels when their little quaint and atas F&B joint is just behind a whore house?

I really hope Kin Jiao Kar can revive in another area nearby
