Those of u in management position. Do u purposely hire chio bu to work for you?

Eg got 100 people apply for a job.

30 people are qualified.

Out of these 30 people, do you already makeup your mind to hire a chio bu?

So let say there are 9 chio bu, 4 of them are not marry.

So you call the 4 chio bu plus another 2 guys down for interview, the 2 guys is for cover up so people won't suspect why got no guys come for interview.

During the job interview, do you try to hint to the chio bu to give you special services if you hire her?

Let say all 4 chio bu seems not interested to give you special services.

Than you proceed to call the other 5 chio bu who are marry to come for job interviews, than see if anyone of them are willing to give you special service. You will hire the person who is willing to give you special service.
