there price fall like jumping down from 40 stories...5mill house become 1 million.....then the rest of the whole nation housing price will also ripple down....

Unlikely to happen in my opinion.

Well, they might just shift it into the GRC/SMC that they lost.
Then wait for the next GE and tell the voters that they will remove it if they win.

they should just move to outskirt of orchard like orchard tower. Yes geylang's plot of land can be very very expensive if they want to develop
