If you guys are really making adult video, how much are you paying? You don't expect people to work for free right! AV is a big industry in US and Japan so most of the actors and actresses are quite well paid especially those females. On top of that, how are you going to market the products? What are your sales channels? I am asking all these cos most of the pictures in the website you posted are copied and pasted! You can't even invest in your own website, how to invest in porn!
