How to give up ML FL WL

Been trying to fight off addiction for years. Relapsed every now and then.

Until two years ago, I finally sort of managed to kick off the addiction when my regular ML returned to China for good and settled down as a normal person.

The last sentence she told me was 我要回去恢复正常人的生活了， 你也应该放下，回去正常的生活。

How often u go TS? I used to be in the same shoe now turning to semi dog. Took me few months, from twice a week(original frequency) to once a week and now twice a month. Trying to cut to once a month and reduce slowly ba. Save the money to buy something good for myself to remind me not to become cat all the time. Lol

as long as it doesn't interfere with my real life. I think this is one form of entertainment that can balance my happiness in dealing with the hassle at home with my wife

Been telling myself to give this up for years but never accomplished. Guess that's that makes us men to seek pleasure and variety in women. Instead of fighting nature i set a budget instead ~10% income, which is abt twice a week.

I'm getting therapy to help me. Not here to advise (not a therapist myself) but sometimes if you know what is triggering you to do it you can take steps to manage or control it down.

Now some ML job title now also called Head Massage Therapist.

Met a big boobs chio syt recently, her gfe gao gao sia, called me 哥哥，hug me from back, whisper blow & lick my ears during massage.

Bring in new towel to help dry my butt after shower with hug & kiss goodbye. For lonely old man like me, although no sex was involved but feel therapeutic & happy after her session.
