2 hrs for $150 is the kind of dinner arrangement one would have when bringing a potential SB out to see whether both of you are keen on any long term SD/SB arrangement.

But these gals presumably don't want to go into SD/SB arena, and it will just be pure dinner companionship without any possibility of future intimacy, unless both of you hit it off and you can progress to meeting her without going through agency.
