Its suppose to be a higher end (higher class) discotheque whereby their clients were mostly locals (mostly Indo Chinese). Dont think there's GROs there. My Info vault info states something like it's 'a pet project' by the Harbour Bay boss's son. Supposingly a clean place,cleaner environment.

Pricing were as of around 2 years ago. There might be changes but I doubt it will be drastic.
