Recently ended my relationship of 5 years. I am struggling
with my life. It happened about 2 months ago.

I've been through umpteen relationships. The trick is to pursue hobbies, interests etc.

In fact I started sammyboyforum.com in between relationships. With nothing to distract me, I did some of the best work of my life.

You should try something similar.... build something from scratch that you've always wanted to do but have never got round to doing. In a week or so you'll forget she ever existed.

All relationship are hard to let go, but life have to go on. Find something to focus on, be it work or hobby..

Or take a holiday and Remember to start fresh again after you come back.

LOL - I'd say that most of us would go through a zillion affairs AND break-ups during our individual lifetimes.

And whilst all breakups are traumatic no matter how many times gone through prior, one should at least learn from experience on how to best handle it. AND not sweat the present fiasco as it is just a part of life and growing up; yeah, even when you are in advanced ages - still happens and will again happen!

Figure out yourself what best works for YOU!
Get drunk, become promiscuous, concentrate on work/hobby/family/sports/religion/another relationship - heck, even obsess on SBF which is easy peasy to do! Just do NOT get hooked on anything that is a radical departure from what your ARE as a guy.
Everything in moderation!

And let me warn you, ANYTHING which gives you relief from suffering becomes VERY addictive! Especially the internet which is just so "right there" and so full of real and/or imagined treasures! Yeah, SBF too. LOL

When the new love comes, you will surely be reminded of how foolish you have once been for that her who dont deserve you at all.

Most likely you are still young...that's why u r struggling with your life now....She is not the only tree out there, it is a jungle out there.....don't forget....so move on with your life....
