Oh and those using VPN, please note if you don't disable IPV6, it's still possible to "leak" traffic to the IPV6 if the browser use that over your IPV4 address. That's why i disable my ipv6 address and save a whole lot of hassle.

If it's a WiFi connection changing your laptop's DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 should work.
