I have visited various WL... not all are picky on races... just that some WL do not wish to serve certain customers, just give you a rough example than you may understand

eg
-Customer with pimple on dicks or funny color skin tone or mold
-Bad Body Odor

Than there those with Bad attitude which WL do not wish to serve

I've never seen any ad saying that. If you are referring to FL, the most is that some don't serve prc or indian bros.

As for GL, i seen some indian dudes go to viet houses and ang moh at prc house, so i guess the biggest restriction is wallet capacity / budget and communication.
