Yeap, second and third floor, but they seem doing ethical massage by now i.e. don't expect specials being granted if at all perhaps. Some old faces from Adelphi basement and one said SYT Alicia as well as Yuki or Coco use Excelsior on adhoc purpose. Seasonal demand, the way they painted it.

Hi Guys,

I have been reading about Peninsula Excelsior Shopping Center (PE) and how it has been going bad over recent years. In fact I have been a regular at the PE and knew a few MLs quite well over there. But I agree over last few months the activity has been dull and quite a few MPs have been closed down. Finally I thought having a serious look at the PE and to actually see how many MPs are closed down or still live.

As I have been visiting PE for over last 5-6 yrs I knew the exact locations where MPs are or were opened and closed down. However instead of going into history I will just stick to recent past and provide herewith the activity / non activity at PE.

Peninsula shopping - Absolutely no activity apart from one stray MP( near the link) and a Beauty Parlor. This has been the case for last few years. so not a surprise. The MP is mostly closed or perhaps opens late in the evening. I usually go before 6.30 PM. The BP door is closed as it is women only. Hence no info. The Moon x2 Spa at Lvl 2 has been closed. Heard it was r.....???

Excelsior shopping - This used to be the happening place and over last few years I have seen quite a few MPs opening / closing / changing hands and what not....

Level 2
-The famous Bao Zhi Tang (branch of Chinatown) has been closed recently.
- There were other six MPs which had mushroomed in last two - three years run mostly by a single PRC ML. Some had actually migrated from Adelphi after the closure there. Coco was one of them. All closed now probably a result of visits by our friends...I heard the visits have been quite frequent these days.

Level 3
- Urb@n is still on but this is mostly a clean one ....not in my list. Oh Me and Tomust both For Men (!!!) are on as well...again not in my list for obvious reasons....
- another couple of Beauty Clinics (BP) are also on
- There used to be other nine ( !!! yes nine ) MPs on the floor. Again the same story…run by single PRC ML. Now only five are operating. Two of them are on and off - probably as per the MLs convenience! One at the link bridge, ML with glasses opens regularly. quite pricey...
- The other two next to each other are usually open. One has two PRCs in early thirties.
- Other is also an independent PRC my regular joint!!!! - Has a pretty MILF with medium upper rack ...no axs however....but very good service....a bit pricey but all your cents worth!...only thing is she is a hygiene freak and expects the customer also to be one. If unhygienic, stinky, foul odor or dead skin deposits ...a very firm NO! also expects to be respected and not treat like GYL roadside one….so far its been almost four years….get a premium treat...

So in all the place is heading towards being inactive ...unless some new owners come in and give it a new breath! I saw the vacant places put up notice for renting but with a condition – not for spa or massage parlor….!!!
