When apply for JC that time inside the form will have this question...
On a scale of 1 to 10, please rate how horny you are, 1 being the least and 10 being the most. Then all those that say 10.. MOE will put them all into 1 JC... this is all done quietly.. they wont say which JC it is.. so if you have friends work in MOE you can ask them... this one is important... O level results doesn't matter because all the horny students from that JC will help to increase Sg birth rate...

For me it was SAJC girls. Had 2 exes from there way back during my poly days. One was of them was damn adventurous; did it with her in the jc science lab room after school was empty for the day.
On another note; VJC girls also quite horny leh...think study too hard need relieve.
