The BVPS (diluted) is just $3.55 based as at 31.12.2020.

The have your cake and eat it BVPS is $5.28 where SIA acknowledged the extra $3.5B MCB capital but didn't acknowledge the liability to pay back capital loan in cash or SIA shares.

If SIA overnight redeemed MCB with debt raised from selling ordinary bonds worth approx $3.64B, then SIA BVPS is approximately $4.00.

Now SIA share price is $4.97, seems...
