Obscene pic or video in hp consider an offence?
Not sure got bro ask these below qns before in other thread, but I would like to ask about it.

if our hp got sex picture or video downloaded from internet, consider an offence? like when those get caught, always see report saying that the person phone got obscene video, etc.

our spf got the right to check through our hp?

if during deal, u video ur FL (she know n willingly allow videoing) for the sex act , again the recorded video on our phone will consider an offence?

In Singapore, I believe so but I don’t think you will get prosecuted or charged if you just keep it for own use and you only have a handful.

But again. Anything can happen if you challenge the law

Yes it's an offence.

Don't say Singapore. When u fly to other countries airport, stamp passport, the customs officer has the right to check your hp too.

And if u got porn or worse, underage porn, u will be for a good time in jail.
