Yes, but I think you need to think about the conditions. For instance, have you pumped your penis (or were pumped by your masseuse or partner) but the climax was either not shiok or a 'numb' sensation? If yes, then you will appreciate that simply stimulating the prostrate is not the key.
Another example. Have you had your ear or armpit (great erogenous zones by the way) licked or touched? Do you think that simply sticking your tongue or finger into those places will bring pleasure? Tried out Maya today. I have to say it was a disappointment. Started off with normal back massage. After finish with the back, turn over and she did a little front massage and on to massaging the balls. It feels more like JG than a tantric massage. Then it was on to the little bro alternating between the balls and the penis. She managed to make it rock hard and it stays hard for more than half hour as she continues massaging it.
