There are a few at several locations that can fit the bill. Example the JE yuhua area have some. Just pop in and try your luck. The upper thomson thread also promoting one that you can try although strictly speaking it's not a real licence TCM (which comes with registered doc even if in name only).

Some is actually true, my regular msg me and I went down for 1hr booking, but end up she gave me 90min msg without topping up coz really no customer, I just paid 1hr rate + tips.
