How they operate, how to negotiate with them, how to avoid trouble etc.

I think nowadays they operate w/o the need to meet up to verify your IC like last time. Now everything goes by Singpass.

Nowadays they are not as professional as before. I only interested in scamming these blood suckers.

Some are really greedy too. If you settled all the loans w them, they think Wah how come u can settle the debt, must be got some help behind who got money. So they will try to blackmail for more

Ah long always like called their business "stall". One stall will always consists of one or two operators. If is 2, most likely they merge or take turns to listen phone calls and one runner. Operators n runner have mthly salaries. Operator $1500 and runner $1300. And the pot has $70,000 usually. The t&c's are simple, the stall has 2mths to shoot all $70,000 out. All loans range from $500 to $1000 max. Gurentors cannot take loan. Once $70,000 is all outside floating. Its harvesting time.

How does this operators profit? Under the t&c's operator must collect back the intrests n $70,000 floating outside. Operator's quota is $70k. Once done, top boss will split the profit 50/50 with the operator. But how the operator n top boss work or meet?
