Actually not sure about TS as every female will have their ideal size tool. But.. i do hear a lot opinions that the thickness matters more than the length.
As thicker tool will rub onto their inside walls making them easier to reach their big O. I had a fwb before telling me she can reach her Big O easily with me..

for mine my ex gf measured it with cloth measuring tape before as she always complained & argued it is too big and she wanted to proved to me, the measurement shows 8.xx" long but as for girth she didn't measure it & I didn't ask her why.

Yours is 4" girth or length? If girth not too small. If length then quite short. Anyway use your skills to make up for your tool size.
