Just to clarify, yellow mee got 2 types, 1 is common use round type called 'seh mee' & the other is flat type called Hokkien mee which is used in 'lor mee' the traditional way. Don't understand why ppl called fried hokkien mee where the round type is used or fried prawn mee. The actual name is called fried sotong mee simply becos w/o the sotong, the dish flavor just cannot make it.
And finally, if you want fired Hokkien mee, the zhe char can cook for you.
