Just that traffic to this section is low and most of the tikos are busy viewing the other more popular section or most are not bothered about such groups since everything is here for them browse already.

Let me give you some constructive feedback which I hope you can grow from.

The entitlement does not come from your complaints of the group, im sure, base on what you said, the admin may not have given you a very pleasant experience, and I can sympathize with you, however, bear in mind that most people here have not interacted with him, but only you, and base on my impression, you're not very nice either. You do sound like a crybaby. Remember, if one member can feel this way, there will be others that feel the same.

Making an entrance full of negativity can be overlooked, but this is where the impression of your self-entitlement comes in.
You announced you would only make a group if you have 10 ready members. Next, you announced that these members will be stringently screened , and not any "tom dick harry" could join.
You must be reminded that you haven't added any value at all, and you're already setting high criterias for your non existing group. 10 fellows to join your group before making one is akin to opening a store only when you have 10 confirmed customers, this is absurd and done just for the convenience of your sake. To me this sounds like having your cake and wanting to eat it, which is self-entitlement.

Perhaps an example of how you could do this better is this :
Hi guys, I know that many of us succumb to the soft pressured of writing false FRs to please the power dynamics of the OKTs. To address this problem, I created a group where we can all share our most honest FRs about the girls from the various domes without scrutiny and to help one another make better choices. This group aims to house regular dome chiongsters, such as yourself and will be free from OKTs through a screening process carried out by me. To value add to joining this group, I have already added FRs of my most recent visits as well as discreetly taken pictures of the working ladies for your comparison (if applicable). To join, please DM me and we can get started on the joining process.


The key about creating such a community service group such as this, is to detach yourself and especially your emotions from it, because it's always not about YOU or how you can BENEFIT from it in both information and convenient wise. It's mostly about building a platform to serve YOUR MEMBERS in a COMMUNITY base knowlege sharing group.

Like I said, I havent got any FRs, and creating a group to cater to such a topic would be counter intuitive and not doing anyone any favours, but since he has the resources , I would encourage him to do so, but do it in the right way . Telling him to forget it is a figure of speech hinting at his unrealistic standards without even having a group in the first place, but looking at his determination , I decided on giving him some hard truths. "Let him be" sure! i cant help but wonder why you're standing up for him unnecessarily, against advise that could actually be fruitful, in any case, I apologise for being too harsh , if i came accross as such, to your lover.

This dude sounds enthusiastic at first and then got salty after I revealed the criteria for people to join. Ironically he is sounding like an entitled cry baby himself with his WOT of 'advice and constructive feedback' acting like a Mr-Know-It-All because he knows he doesn't meet the criteria so he comes whining with his so called 'constructive feedback'. Just an empty vessel making noise. His arguments were stupid and he kept saying that 'there are guidelines to follow' and kept saying I could leave if I want and also a host of other stupid things which make no sense like 'u don't see things in my shoes'. smlj really. This is not even a paid group wanna talk so much. So I blasted him back for micromanaging north korean style and how the last poll was just insulting and left the group. This was a smaller group out of the other one which is the 'main' group with a bigger pool of people. He gave me some snark reply 'Maybe you are right' before kicking me out of the other group, showing how fucked up and power abusive he is as a mod of the group. Really small dick energy max. Probably this idiot is autistic too from how robotic and emotionless he sounds whenever he replies. He cowardly removed my tele chatlog with him because he didn't want people to see how fucked up he is in my private chat with him over the matter before I could screenshot.

So anyone with other private groups in tele like this, please do invite me in. Things are too commercial here, hard to believe if whatever said is true, especially it comes to FRs, especially with the rate at how FRs are getting deleted and how many fake accounts here and with people pulling the strings.

Edit: he blocked me on telegram as well, really amplifying his ego and small dick energy. Champion.

Toxic groups become toxic because of toxic people and how they are managed.

In this scene, bound to have lots of cb and guai lan kias. An effective group will need to establish rules to manage problematic behaviour and maintain certain level of discipline for the group to stay healthy and sustainable. That is how I run my group.
