After a goodnight sleep, I woke up with tons of messages from various partners congratulate me on my promotion and the management will have plans to further expand my site as one of the 4 region hq. This means that there will be a lot of work to be done and this translate to a lot of opportunities for collaboration. I asked Mandy to ask who are they and she said that is some of the vendors wanted to work with us on the expansion. I knew that today will be a busy day for me but not just today the next few weeks are pretty packed and I work from morning till night and it's been a while since I contacted Alice due to my busy schedule and Mike still working with me on the proposal for the details of the phase 1 expansion. The partner was happy to hear that and I ask Mandy to send the sign contract to the partner and he told me that sandy will further liaise with me on this. The partner update sandy and he left with the rest of the team.

I have a small chat with sandy and have to leave cause Mandy is still here and I don't want her too much about this and left the place and I gave her my name card with my home location as well. Once the introduction period is over, Mandy told me that Helen the full time staff will be my PA and belle will be tagging along with me for business development role.with that Mandy will be promoted to head of staff

I noted and would like to thank Mandy for the help and hope that Mandy will handover things to Helen in order to have smooth transition.
